About the Role Direct Marketing Associate in the Twin Cities area responsible for generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing and recording accurate data on prospective customers and target markets. The role combines field outreach with data tracking and requires professional representation of Renewal by Andersen.
What You'll Do
- Vigorously generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territory while adhering to program guidelines.
- Utilize Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business applications to accurately record house-to-house information and data tracking.
- Transport self to assigned territory and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally at all times.
- Attend company meetings and communicate ideas to improve canvassing program policies.
- Master Renewal by Andersen product offerings and current promotions.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum age of 21
- Reliable transportation
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to navigate multiple platforms on tablets
- Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $18-22/hour plus weekly commission of $750-1560. Base pay is based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, location, certifications, etc.
