About the Role Direct Marketing Associate to help perfect the customer experience by upgrading homes through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territory. You will generate highly qualified leads, record accurate data on prospective customers, and represent Renewal by Andersen with professionalism. This role offers uncapped commissions in addition to base pay, with an expected first-year on-target earnings (OTE) over $80,000; base pay starts at $20/hour.
What You'll Do
- Generate qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing in the assigned territory and create sales opportunities as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager
- Transport yourself to the territory and independently represent Renewal by Andersen with the highest level of professionalism
