Job title: Direct Marketing Associate - Northborough
About the Role Direct Marketing Associate to help perfect the customer experience by upgrading homes through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territory. You will generate highly qualified leads, record accurate data on prospective customers, and represent Renewal by Andersen with professionalism. This role offers uncapped commissions in addition to base pay, with an expected first-year on-target earnings (OTE) over $80,000; base pay starts at $20/hour.
What You'll Do
- Generate qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing in the assigned territory and create sales opportunities as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager
- Transport yourself to the territory and independently represent Renewal by Andersen with the highest level of professionalism
- Use Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business apps to accurately record house-to-house information and data
- Maintain courteous appearance and proper uniform with required permits while in the field
- Attend company meetings as required and share ideas to improve canvassing effectiveness
- Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, products, and current promotions; become a Signature Service expert
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record; minimum age 21
- Reliable transportation to navigate the territory
- Strong verbal communication and goal-oriented, self-motivated mindset
- Able to navigate multiple platforms on tablets
- Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles per day
Compensation & Benefits
