About the Role Direct Marketing Associate in Jessup, MD will generate highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing and record accurate customer information using Renewal by Andersen mapping and data systems. This full-time role combines field outreach with data accuracy and brand representation, with uncapped commission and a base pay component.

What You'll Do

• Generate qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territory.
• Record house-to-house information and customer data using Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business applications.
• Travel to and work in the assigned territory independently while representing Renewal by Andersen professionally.
• Maintain courteous, neat appearance in uniform with required municipality permitting at all times.
• Attend company meetings and provide feedback to improve canvassing program efficiency.
• Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, product offerings, and current promotions; become a Signature Service expert.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum age 21.
• Reliable transportation to navigate through territory.
• Strong verbal communication, goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
• Physically able to stand and walk 3-5 miles a day.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay starts at $20/hour with uncapped commission; on-target earnings (OTE) over $80,000-$90,000 in the first year.
