About the Role Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Direct Marketing Associate to help generate highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing in the Greater Michigan Territory. This role focuses on collecting accurate data, targeting the right neighborhoods, and representing Renewal by Andersen professionally to drive sales opportunities. You will be part of a team that emphasizes customer experience and a total rewards culture.
What You'll Do
- Generate highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territory as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager.
- Travel to assigned territory and work independently, representing Renewal by Andersen professionally at all times.
- Use Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business applications to accurately record house-to-house information and data.
- Maintain courteous, neat, clean appearance with proper uniform and required municipality permits at all times.
- Attend company meetings as required.
- Share ideas with the Canvassing Program Manager to improve the effectiveness of canvassing program policies.
- Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, product knowledge, and current promotional offerings.
- Become a Signature Service expert.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum age of 21
- Reliable transportation to navigate the territory
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to navigate multiple platforms on tablets
- Physically able to stand and walk 3-5 miles per day
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay starts at $20 per hour with uncapped commission; on-target earnings (OTE) expected to exceed $80,000 in the first year
