About the Role Direct Marketing Associate will engage in generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing in the Washington, DC area, representing Renewal by Andersen professionally and recording accurate prospective customer data. The role offers uncapped commissions with an on-target earnings (OTE) of $80,000–$90,000 in the first year, with base pay starting at $20/hour.

What You'll Do

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territory to create qualified sales opportunities.
• Travel to and work independently in the assigned territory, representing Renewal by Andersen with professionalism.
• Use Renewal by Andersen's mapping program and business apps to accurately record house-to-house information and data.
• Maintain appropriate appearance and permits; follow uniform and municipality requirements.
• Attend company meetings as required.
• Communicate ideas to the Canvassing Program Manager to improve program effectiveness.
• Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, product offerings, and current promotions; become a Signature Service expert.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; minimum age 21.
• Reliable transportation to cover territory.
• Strong verbal communication skills; goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
• Physical ability to stand and walk 3-5 miles per day.
• Willingness to be contacted for recruitment-related communications.
