Job title: Dip Operator
About the Role The Dip Operator supports the Ceramic Area in the Mentor/Painesville facility, performing dipping operations on components to meet production and quality goals. This is a 5th shift role with hours from 6pm to 6am, reporting to the Ceramic Area Manager.
What You'll Do
- Operate dipping equipment as part of the Ceramic Area team under the Ceramic Area Manager.
- Follow standard work instructions and production schedules to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation; document issues and escalate as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to solve problems and meet deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and may be substituted by experience.
- Personal Characteristics: Able to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity; able to work flexible hours with a strong attendance record; comfortable using a team approach to problem solving; strong sense of urgency; motivated.
- Availability for the 5th shift (6pm–6am) and dependable attendance.
Compensation & Benefits
