About the Role The Dip Operator position is a full-time, on-site role at Precision Castparts in the Ceramic Area, located at the Mentor/Painesville site. It supports the Ceramic Area and reports directly to the Ceramic Area Manager. The shift listed is the 5th shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
What You'll Do
- Operate dipping equipment and processes in the Ceramic Area to process parts
- Ensure product quality and quantity meet specifications and document results
- Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems and maintain workflow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company standards
What We're Looking For
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and may be substituted by experience
- Personal Characteristics: Able to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity; dependable with a strong attendance record; comfortable using a team approach to problem solving; strong sense of urgency
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
