Job title: Dining Services Associate - St Mary's
About the Role As a Dining Services Associate at Villanova, you will help maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety of our dining operations. This role covers both front-of-house and back-of-house areas, including receiving and stocking duties, and supports the Dining Services team in delivering excellent service. This is a part-time, 9-month schedule with opportunities for growth and a strong benefits package.
What You'll Do
- Scrape, clean, sanitize, and replenish all dishes, silverware, cups, glasses, pots, and pans; properly store all clean items.
- Operate dish or pot machines and record temperatures and sanitizer levels according to regulations.
- Stock, rotate, and replenish merchandise; assist with receiving and stocking duties.
- Work with management and co-workers to uphold the Villanova Mission and Dining Services Mission, focusing on Safety, Sanitation, and Excellence.
- Support a clean, safe dining environment across both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
