Job title: Dining Services Associate - Cascia Cabrini Campus
The Dining Services Associate will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety of the dining operations, including front of the house and back of the house areas, along with receiving and stocking duties. Stocks, rotates, and replenishes merchandise. The role supports Villanova's mission and dining services mission, aligning with our Core Values: Safety, Sanitation, and Excellence. The start date for this position is on or after June 1, 2026. This is a full-time, 12-month position with a variety of schedules, including late-night shifts.
What You'll Do
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety across dining operations (front of house and back of house).
- Receive, stock, rotate, and replenish merchandise.
- Collaborate with management and co-workers to uphold the Villanova Mission Statement and Dining Services Mission Statement.
- Adhere to Core Values: Safety, Sanitation, and Excellence.
- Support and improve dining operations and systems as part of a team.
What We're Looking For
- Willingness to work a full-time, 12-month schedule with availability for Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday shifts (3pm - 2am as applicable).
- Ability to perform front-of-house and back-of-house duties and to stock and rotate merchandise.
- Commitment to safety, sanitation, and high standards of cleanliness.
- Interest in contributing to a mission-driven environment and collaborating with staff.
