About the Role Join Live Nation's Vinyl Room as a Part-Time Dining Room Server in Las Vegas. You will perform table maintenance per Vinyl Room service standards and help deliver a premium dining and nightlife experience, including bottle and wine service for members, executives, and VIP guests. What You'll Do
- Perform table maintenance duties according to Vinyl Room service standards.
- Recognize Vinyl Room Members, Live Nation Corporate Executives, and VIPs to foster appreciation for their patronage.
- Leverage a minimum of 2 years experience in upscale dining/nightlife to provide expert service.
- Demonstrate impeccable knowledge of the steps of service for upscale dining.
- Exhibit confidence in both bottle and wine service, with upsell and menu recommendations.
- Understand culinary terms and upscale cuisine and guide guests through their dining experience utilizing recommendation and expertise.
- Understand and execute flawlessly the standards and procedures of Bottle Service.
- Communicate with articulate vocabulary and adapt to the audience while maintaining professional grooming.
- Manage cash handling and POS operations with a strong working knowledge of beverages.
- Interact with guests in a positive, safety-minded manner, including when dealing with intoxicated guests.
- Maintain Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive service. What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years experience in high-volume, upscale dining and nightlife operations.
- Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and safe, responsible alcohol service.
- Ability to handle multiple tables at one time efficiently and with an upbeat, friendly attitude; read guests to anticipate their needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; flexible schedule; ability to work across multi venues. Nice to Have
- Point of Sales knowledge, preferably MICROS.
- Interest in wines and spirits.
