Dimensional Inspector & Planner/Quality Inspector (Aerospace Manufacturing) - 2nd Shift
Volt is immediately hiring Dimensional Inspector & Planner/Quality Inspector (Aerospace Manufacturing) - 2nd Shift in Valencia, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect aircraft landing gear and hydraulic components for wear, corrosion, and dimensional accuracy
- Read blueprints, engineering drawings, CMMs, and technical specifications
- Use precision measuring tools including micrometers, bore gages, indicators, and height gages
- Develop repair plans and maintain FAA-compliant documentation
- Provide technical support to machinists and technicians
Qualifications

Experience in aerospace, aviation, machining, or manufacturing inspection

Fanuc CNC programming experience required

Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills

Knowledge of chrome, nickel, cadmium, and thermal spray coatings preferred

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
