As a Digitalization Engineer, you will identify opportunities for innovation, lead digital transformation initiatives, and work closely with business, operations, and IT teams to implement solutions that deliver measurable value and enhance operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and implement digitalization opportunities across business and manufacturing processes.

• Lead and coordinate digital transformation projects involving automation, AI, analytics, and Industry 4.0 technologies.

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

• Monitor system performance and continuously optimize reliability and efficiency.

• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Contributes to global digitalization strategy and best-practice sharing across locations.

• YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

• More than 3 years of experience in digital transformation, business digitalization, Industry 4.0, industrial automation, business applications, or related fields.

• Proven experience in implementing and supporting digitalization initiatives within either business processes or manufacturing/industrial environments.

• Exposure to AI, RPA, workflow automation, data analytics, ERP/CRM systems, or similar digital technologies is considered an advantage.

• Experience working in cross-functional and international project teams.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into practical digital solutions

• English language – proficient level mandatory

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to bridge business, production, and IT requirements. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
