Digital Workplace Service Manager (f/m/x)

Take end-to-end ownership of Digital Workplace service delivery, ensuring services meet business needs, agreed service levels, and user-experience expectations

Drive continuous service improvement by refining IT service management processes, applying best practices, and turning operational insights into measurable improvements

Partner closely with CIT-O teams to ensure reliable, efficient, and user-centered day-to-day operations

Engage with business stakeholders to understand evolving needs, provide transparent service insights, and translate the impact of IT services into business-relevant language

Proactively identify service-delivery risks, coordinate mitigation measures, and strengthen service continuity to minimize disruption for users and the business

Maintain and continuously develop the Digital Workplace operating model, including clear ownership, processes, dependencies, and documentation

Own and evolve the Digital Workplace service portfolio

Actively participate in the Digital Workplace roadmap planning and represent operations part

Build trusted relationships with service managers across the organization, creating strong alignment across connected services

Collaborate closely with external partners and suppliers to support high-quality delivery, manage dependencies, and drive shared accountability

Your Profile

  • A user-centered mindset and a commitment to continuously improving the Digital Workplace experience
  • Proven experience in IT service management and IT operations
  • Experience working in large-scale, complex IT environments with multiple technologies, teams, and dependencies
  • Confidence collaborating across a global organization, including stakeholders and teams in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC
  • Sound knowledge of device-management environments and their dependencies on related products, platforms, and services
  • Strong coordination skills, with the ability to structure complex topics, manage priorities, and drive actions
  • Experience supporting operational harmonization
  • ITIL Qualifications are highly beneficial / sought after
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
