Digital Trade Officer

Job Title: Digital Trade Officer Location: Festac Town, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: 8 hours daily Working Days: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor digital trading transactions across various platforms.
• Assist customers with digital trade enquiries, account issues, and transaction-related requests.
• Process trade orders, verify transaction details, and ensure accuracy in digital records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation of all digital trade activities.
• Prepare periodic reports on digital transactions and operational updates.
• Ensure adherence to the organization’s financial and compliance policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with onboarding customers onto digital services and platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to use digital platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of digital financial transactions is an added advantage.

Remuneration

• Salary: N150,000 / month.
• Other Benefits: To be communicated by the employer
• Accommodation: Available only when working night shifts
