About the Role
As a Digital Solution Architect, you will design and implement innovative solutions powering Hy Cite's consumer, mobile, and digital marketing platforms. You will partner with business leaders and technical teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and future-ready systems. This role helps shape our digital architecture strategy and drives cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement agile solutions, including proof-of-concept projects, to explore emerging technologies.
- Provide architectural guidance and integration expertise to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead and mentor teams through solution design, development, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.
- Identify and recommend digital technologies to drive data-driven engagement, business intelligence, and new service offerings.
- Partner with sales and marketing to develop a three-year digital roadmap.
- Coordinate resources across onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards in all technology initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution.
- Experience: 5–10 years in digital solution architecture, systems design, or related fields.
- Expertise: Proven ability to lead architecture ideation for complex OMS that has multi-country scope.
- Experience navigating a complex compliance environment including PCI compliance, and KYC frameworks.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to build relationships across teams and levels.
- Mindset: Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.
- Languages: Business-level English proficiency required.
