Job title: Digital Samples Coordinator
About the Role The Digital Samples Coordinator role supports shoot planning and delivery of the Digital Samples process within the Marketing division. You will report to the Digital Samples Coordinator and help establish shoot deadlines, ensuring a seamless workflow across one division with flexibility to support others.
What You'll Do
- Oversee shoots on a day-to-day basis, supporting the studio and updating sets
- Manage the shoot list process from sourcing and pulling samples, prioritising products and creating shoots in Flo
- Collaborate with the in-house styling team on shoots, seasonal styling and sample requirements
- Work with product teams to become a product expert in your division
- Build relationships and liaise with stakeholders including Product Development, Merchandising, Press, Styling and Showroom
- Source, track and move products from Showrooms, Press, PD, Merch and Burberry warehouse; maintain Flo records
- Compile and maintain product information in Flo; support Change In Production to determine materials ready for shoot
- Meet monthly deadlines and contribute to initiatives like Runway, festive gifting and seasonal look books
- Manage sample movements in Flo; goods receipting and returning products to hub with high quality control
- Maintain strong product knowledge for the allocated division and keep management updated on progress
- Work across both London studio sites (Hackney and Westminster)

- Previous product or studio experience is beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Flo CMS or similar content management systems
- Prior shoot coordination experience
