Build the digital foundation for next-generation space sensing.

At Vantor, you’ll support the U.S. Space Force in developing and rapidly deploying resilient Missile Warning (MW), Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR), and Environmental Monitoring (EM) capabilities. Your work will help connect mission needs to engineering decisions, advancing space systems that deter threats and deliver critical information to the warfighter.

As an MBSE Engineer, you’ll bring digital models, system architectures, and technical requirements together to support the acquisition and development of these capabilities. You’ll work alongside government customers and multidisciplinary teams to understand complex systems, evaluate design tradeoffs, and solve integration challenges across the product lifecycle.

Within This Role, You Will

  • Create, integrate, and apply interdisciplinary digital models from initial concept through the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain system architectures, technical specifications, interface control documents, and requirements relationships using MBSE methods and tools.
  • Apply systems engineering expertise to evaluate design alternatives and develop practical solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Support design reviews, requirements verification, and coordination across engineering and program teams.
  • Independently execute assigned technical work, identify issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to move solutions forward.
  • Share technical knowledge and mentor teammates as appropriate to your experience.

Your technical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail will help turn mission requirements into well-integrated space sensing capabilities.
