Job title: Digital Media Executive
About the Role The purpose of this role is to provide support to the senior team, taking responsibility for all administrative tasks within the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and to plan. You’ll help coordinate planning processes and keep the team organized to enable timely campaign execution.
What You'll Do
- Effectively runs the day to day planning on key accounts
- Builds and develops media owner relationships in order to drive market leading planning for clients
- Works with other departments to ensure a campaign goes live on time through the use of best practice and adherence to Service Level Agreements
- Uses understanding of commercial opportunities and trading focuses to ensure investment is guided towards the most appropriate partners
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting a senior team and handling administrative tasks within a fast-paced campaigns environment
- Ability to manage day-to-day planning on key accounts
- Strong relationship-building with media owners to drive market-leading planning for clients
- Collaborative approach to work with cross-department teams to ensure campaigns launch on time via best practices and SLAs
- Understanding of commercial opportunities and trading to guide investment toward appropriate partners
