Digital Marketing & Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We're a small, fully remote digital marketing agency serving small businesses, including property, construction and professional services brands. You'll be the person who makes sure client work goes out accurate, polished and on time across social, email, websites and Google Business Profiles. You'll work directly with the founder, so your work is visible and your ideas get heard.

What You'll Do

• Create, schedule and publish social media content for multiple client accounts

• Design graphics, carousels and reels in Canva using approved brand assets

• Build and send email campaigns in tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo or ActiveCampaign

• Update WordPress sites, publish blogs and support landing page improvements

• Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles

• Prepare client reports and performance summaries

• Support Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO activities

• Run QA checks, chase approvals, keep trackers current and keep your manager in the loop

• What You'll Bring

• 4+ years in digital marketing, including agency or client-facing experience

• Strong Canva skills and hands-on social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

• WordPress and email platform experience

• Excellent written and spoken English

• A habit of reviewing your own work, including anything AI-assisted, before it goes anywhere

• Clear, proactive communication when working remotely: you update, you flag blockers, you don't go quiet

• Experience juggling multiple projects and deadlines
