Digital Marketing Manager
Marketing automation. Has built lifecycle journeys on a CRM or engagement tool (MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage or similar) across WhatsApp, push, email and SMS: onboarding, drop-off recovery, reactivation and consult nudges. Content creation and publishing. Writes, designs and edits Reels and Shorts without a design team (Canva, CapCut or similar), and posts consistently on Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp in Hindi and English. Integrated campaigns beyond paid media. Has run at least two end to end, with results to show: creator or astrologer collaborations, WhatsApp and Telegram communities, referral loops, festival and muhurat moments (Navratri, Diwali, eclipses), ASO or affiliates. Consumer app growth. 3 to 5 years in B2C, comfortable owning installs, CAC, D7 retention and free-to-paid conversion, and pulls the numbers without waiting for an analyst. Immediate joiners.
