Based in Ogudu, Lagos, the role focuses on ensuring smooth interactions with customers and accurate processing of orders while supporting the brand’s growth.
- Respond to customer enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, social media, email, and phone
- Assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations, pricing, availability, and orders
- Create and process customer orders through the e-commerce and order management system
- Make outbound calls to confirm orders, clarify information, and provide updates
- Confirm customer availability and delivery addresses
- Coordinate communication between customers and the delivery/logistics team
