- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in an enterprise organization or large agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience in content management, SEO, analytics, and digital platform operations.
- Relevant certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools) are a plus.
- Experience supporting multi-brand, multi-market, or global digital ecosystems preferred.
Role Leveling & Expectations
The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist (SEO, CMS, Analytics) role is structured as a multi-level individual contributor position. All levels share the same core responsibilities outlined above. Differentiation between levels is based on scope, autonomy, complexity, and impact, not on fundamentally different duties.
Associate Digital Marketing & Content Specialist
- Executes assigned work with defined guidance and priorities

- Builds foundational proficiency across required platforms and tools
Digital Marketing & Content Specialist
- Independently executes core responsibilities with minimal oversight
- Manages multiple concurrent initiatives within defined scope
- Applies judgment to optimize content, SEO, and digital experiences
- Identifies issues, recommends improvements, and implements solutions
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

- Leads complex or high-impact initiatives within the role's scope
- Serves as a subject matter resource and mentor to peers
