We are looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Creation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media platforms, and increasing the online visibility of our interior accessories brand. This is an office-based role that requires the candidate to be physically present to create high-quality content in bulk and work closely with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and drive sales.

• Create high-quality photo and video content showcasing our interior accessories and décor products.

• Plan, produce, and schedule bulk content for social media and marketing campaigns.

• Manage and grow our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and other digital platforms.

• Create engaging captions, reels, short-form videos, stories, and promotional campaigns.

• Manage our e-commerce website by uploading products, updating product descriptions, pricing, banners, and promotional content.

• Optimize product listings and website content for better visibility and conversions.

• Monitor trends on social media and develop content that aligns with current market interests.

• Respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Track campaign performance using analytics and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.

• Work with the sales and operations teams to promote new arrivals, offers, and seasonal campaigns.

• Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, website traffic, and online sales.

• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.

• Strong content creation skills, including smartphone or camera photography and videography.

• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, Premiere Pro, or similar software.

• Excellent knowledge of:

• Facebook

• Instagram

• TikTok

• Google Business Profile

• E-commerce website management

• Ability to create engaging reels and short-form videos that generate high reach and engagement.

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.

• Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

• Basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising is an advantage.

• Experience running Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns is an added advantage.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
