Joche Academy is an innovative online learning platform making education more accessible, practical, and engaging. We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Community Growth Executive to grow our online community, drive social media engagement, and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Management: Manage and grow our WhatsApp community through engaging discussions, games, polls, and Joche Gauntlet challenges.
• Social Media Engagement: Actively engage with audiences on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X through comments, conversations, DMs, and relevant online communities.
• Digital Advertising: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize targeted campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Platform Growth: Drive awareness, registrations, and engagement for Joche Academy, our courses, and our upcoming immersive 3D Campus.
• Campaign Strategy: Identify target audiences, monitor campaign performance, and improve conversions and advertising results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our content creation team to maximize engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media engagement, or community management.

• Hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns and working knowledge of Google Ads.

• Good understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and marketing analytics.

• Excellent communication skills and a creative, playful, engaging personality.

• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.

• Passion for technology, education, and building online communities.
