Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and digitally savvy Digital Marketer to join its team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote the company's properties, generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales and customer engagement across various online platforms.
• The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing, social media management, online advertising, content creation, and lead generation, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote the company's properties and services.

• Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

• Create engaging marketing content, including property listings, promotional graphics, videos, reels, and other digital materials.

• Run and optimise paid advertising campaigns using platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.

• Generate and manage leads from digital campaigns, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into prospective buyers or clients.

• Develop and publish attractive property listings across social media, property portals, and other relevant online platforms.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing data, and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.

• Support the development and execution of digital campaigns for property launches, open houses, inspections, and promotional activities.

• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, customer preferences, competitors, and emerging digital marketing trends.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that support property sales and business growth.

• Maintain consistent brand messaging and ensure all digital content aligns with the company's corporate identity.

• Respond to online enquiries and direct prospective customers to the appropriate sales representatives.

• Explore innovative digital marketing techniques to improve brand visibility and increase customer acquisition.

• Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, online advertising, or a similar role.

• Demonstrable experience managing social media accounts and running digital marketing campaigns.

• Good knowledge of social media advertising, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and lead generation.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and relevant content creation tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to create compelling marketing content and communicate the value of properties to prospective customers.

• Strong analytical, organisational, creative, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve measurable marketing targets.

• Experience in real estate marketing or property sales will be an added advantage.

Additional Advantages:

• Candidates who can drive and possess a valid driver's licence will have an added advantage, particularly for property inspections, site visits, content creation, and marketing activities.
• Candidates residing within Gudu District or its surrounding areas in Abuja will also have an added advantage.
• Experience in photography, videography, graphic design, and real estate content creation will be beneficial.

Salary

150,000 - N400,000 / month.
