We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team and drive the online visibility, marketing, and sales leads of our luxury real estate business.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote luxury homes and properties.

Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

Create engaging content that showcases properties and attracts prospective buyers.

Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads.

Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise marketing activities.

Build brand awareness and maintain a premium online presence.

Track leads and work with the sales team to convert enquiries into property sales.
Requirements

BSc or HND in any discipline.

Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or luxury property sector.

Practical experience with social media advertising and lead generation.

Strong content creation, copywriting, and digital communication skills.

Ability to analyse campaign results and demonstrate measurable outcomes.

A creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.

Remuneration: ?200,000 monthly.
