Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
The Digital & Lifecycle Content Specialist (known internally as Digital and Content Specialist) is responsible for the development and delivery of personalised, omnichannel customer lifecycle programs that drive meaningful business results.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives where creativity, data, and martech intersect. As a key member of the Digital & Performance team, you will work closely with Marketing, Recruitment, Insight and Operations to translate business priorities into clear, actionable plans that directly impact the bottom line.
About the role
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Customer Lifecycle Management within Marketing and Recruitment, elevating stakeholder understanding and demonstrating clear bottom-line impact.
- Take end-to-end ownership of lifecycle activities within your assigned portfolio—developing, managing, and continuously optimizing campaigns to align with overarching strategy.
- Act as the guardian of the CLM strategic frameworks, ensuring compliance across all campaign executions.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams (digital, marketing, and operations) to deliver cohesive, data-driven, and frictionless customer experiences.
- Build scalable campaign assets, including landing pages, reusable templates, and content frameworks, to support efficient delivery.
- Monitor and report on performance, extracting actionable insights that directly drive business OKRs.
- Maintain strict compliance with local and global privacy and data governance regulations, embedding a privacy-first approach across all touchpoints. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. The full salary range for this role is $87,000 - $118,000 (Band [G]).
We have a structured salary framework with three zones for those developing into the role (developing), fully effective (target) and contributing beyond what is expected of the role (upper).
Appointments are typically made within the target range of $87,000 – $107,000, depending on skills, experience, and internal equity.
