How can you make an impact?

At McGraw Hill, we create digital learning experiences that help educators and students achieve better outcomes. As a Digital Learning Consultant, you will play an important role in helping schools successfully adopt, implement, and gain long-term value from our digital solutions.

You will manage the digital customer journey across an assigned portfolio of schools and markets, becoming a trusted advisor to customers and helping them strengthen engagement with our platforms. By combining customer relationship management, digital training, data analysis, and commercial awareness, you will contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, digital adoption, and business growth.

What you will be doing?

  • Build trusted relationships with schools, educators, administrators, and other key stakeholders across your assigned markets.
  • Manage the end-to-end digital customer journey, from pre-sales support and implementation planning through ongoing engagement and renewal.
  • Partner with customers ahead of their academic year to understand implementation timelines, digital readiness, training requirements, and account-specific needs.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, orientations, webinars, and in-person training sessions for educators, administrators, customers, and internal teams.
  • Support schools in implementing McGraw Hill digital products and ensure they are prepared to use the platforms effectively.
  • Monitor customer activation, platform usage, engagement patterns, and adoption trends to identify opportunities for additional support.
  • Translate customer data and dashboard insights into meaningful engagement plans, training interventions, and practical recommendations.
  • Work with customers to improve the use of digital features such as assessments, assignments, reporting, and other platform capabilities.
  • Partner closely with Sales to support customer conversations, sales campaigns, product positioning, account retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal implementation, academic, marketing, product, and customer service teams to provide a consistent customer experience.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Support customer events, roadshows, and other market-facing activities across the region.
  • Maintain clear account plans and stay ahead of different academic calendars, customer priorities, and implementation milestones across multiple countries.
  • Contribute to digital revenue, activation, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction objectives.

What you need to be considered:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in educational technology, education, customer success, account management, digital learning, SaaS, or a related environment.
  • Experience working with educational technology or digital platforms is preferred.
  • Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, facilitation, and training skills.
  • Strong planning, organization, and account-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers, priorities, and academic timelines.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Academic, Product, Implementation, and Customer Service teams.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how customer adoption, engagement, retention, and satisfaction contribute to business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40% across the assigned markets.
