About this role
About the Role The Digital Lead will drive digital strategy and solutions for Yara China, acting as the subject-matter expert on applying digital technologies, including AI, to grow the business across farmers, distributors, and retail channels. S/he will lead cross-functional teams across DVCS, IT, and commercial functions to ideate, develop, and deploy digital products and services, and to measure adoption and business outcomes. What You'll Do
- Be the digital business partner to the core business YCN; conceptualize, research, and define the digital product strategy with clear priorities and roadmaps, driving AI-enabled value creation.
- Provide strategic leadership to the China DVCS team, setting direction, building capabilities, and ensuring strong execution across digital initiatives.
