About the Role The Digital Lead will serve as the subject-matter authority on applying digital technologies, including AI, to drive growth, efficiency, and value creation for Yara China. The role requires deep experience in doing business in China and strong leadership to align DVCS initiatives with core business needs across distributors, retailers, and farmers.
What You'll Do
- Be the digital business partner to the core business YCN, partnering with senior leadership to conceptualize, research, and define the digital product strategy, roadmaps, and long-term value creation.
- Provide strategic leadership to the China DVCS team, setting direction, building capabilities, and ensuring strong execution across all digital initiatives.
