About the Role Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Digital Engineer to support digital engineering initiatives from Huntsville, AL. This role focuses on delivering digital solutions that enable mission-critical programs and systems integration. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and integrate digital engineering solutions and platforms to meet program requirements.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to translate requirements into implementable work products.
- Analyze performance data, build simulations or models, and support testing in lab environments.
- Document engineering work, participate in technical reviews, and help track program milestones. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
- Experience with digital engineering concepts, lifecycle processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Effective written and verbal communication and teamwork. Nice to Have
- Experience with systems engineering, model-based design, or software development.
