Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics and short videos
- Run and manage Facebook/Instagram advertisements
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously
- Develop creative content ideas for social media campaigns
- Attend events and perform occasional on-site assignments as needed
- Take on other reasonable duties as assigned
- Maintain a high level of reliability, professionalism, responsibility, and integrity
Qualifications
- Resident of Lagos, Nigeria
- Completed NYSC
- Relevant experience in social media management, customer support, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field
- Experience running or managing Facebook/Instagram advertisements
- Proficiency in CapCut
- Proficiency in Canva or another graphic design tool
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
