JOB PURPOSE

• We seek an ambitious, creative and sales-oriented Digital Content, Publishing & Sales Officer to manage online content distribution, video editing, customer engagement, lead generation and digital sales activities.
• The successful candidate will help transform our fish production operations into engaging social media content that attracts customers and generates measurable business revenue.
• The role will work collaboratively with the Kaduna-based Videographer & Digital Content Production Officer.

Responsibility allocation:

40% — Videography, Photography and Field Content Production

60% — Video Editing, Digital Publishing, Marketing and Sales

Both positions require practical competence in filming, editing, digital publishing and customer acquisition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Videography and Field Content Production — 40%

• Film daily operations across the company's Lafia grow-out farms.

• Capture fish feeding, stocking, grading, harvesting and delivery activities.

• Record promotional videos for table-size catfish and available commercial products.

• Produce educational videos explaining practical aquaculture operations.

• Record interviews with farm managers, technical staff, trainees and customers.

• Capture testimonials, farm tours and operational demonstrations.

• Maintain filming equipment and securely archive media files.

• Coordinate with the Kaduna content officer to obtain footage from the hatchery and nursery.

• BVideo Editing, Publishing, Marketing and Sales — 60%

• Video Editing and Content Development

• Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos.

• Produce compelling videos with captions, subtitles, branding and calls to action.

• Develop scripts, educational posts, promotional videos and customer-focused content.

• Adapt footage into suitable formats for different platforms.

• Maintain consistent company branding across all content.

• Social Media Publishing and Management

• Lead approved publishing activities on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp Business.

• Prepare weekly and monthly content schedules.

• Maintain regular posting across approved company accounts.

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries.

• Coordinate livestreams, product demonstrations and marketing campaigns.

• Track audience engagement, account reach and follower growth.

• Digital Marketing and Sales

• Generate potential customers for fingerlings, juveniles, table-size catfish and processed products.

• Promote aquaculture training programmes and commercial services.

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming enquiries.

• Provide accurate product availability and approved price information.

• Maintain a digital register of customer enquiries and qualified leads.

• Follow up potential customers and encourage conversion into confirmed orders.

• Coordinate sales orders with authorised farm management personnel.

• Develop relationships with bulk buyers, traders, retailers, restaurants and distributors.

• Assist with approved paid social media advertising campaigns.

• Ensure customer payments are made only through authorised company payment channels.

• Marketing Analytics and Commercial Reporting

• Track social media impressions, engagement, enquiries and lead generation.

• Monitor confirmed orders and revenue attributable to digital marketing activities.

• Maintain a digital sales pipeline and customer follow-up register.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Recommend improvements in content strategy, publishing and sales conversion.

• Work towards agreed commercial performance targets.

• MANDATORY PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP

• Before deployment to the Lafia grow-out operations, the successful candidate will undertake structured practical training and mentorship with Yinigeha Yiki and his team at Tiki Fish Farm & Smokehouse, subject to agreed arrangements.

• The programme will focu
