What We Need:
The Bobby Bones Show is looking for a digital content and social media superstar with a proven track record of creating highly engaging content that grows audiences and drives meaningful results across multiple platforms.
This is not an on-air position. We are looking for a content creator, strategist, storyteller, and social media expert who understands what content works, what doesn't, and why.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes digital media. They know how to spot a great content opportunity, create platform-specific content quickly, and turn everyday moments into videos, posts, stories, articles, and conversations that fans want to engage with and share.
You should be equally comfortable behind the camera, behind a computer, and behind the data—shooting and editing video, capturing photos, writing copy, publishing content, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategy based on results.
The Bobby Bones Show reaches millions of listeners, viewers, and fans every week. We are looking for someone who can help us continue to grow our audience, expand our reach, and create content that stands out in an increasingly crowded digital landscape.
