Digital Consulting Manager-Oracle HCM Payroll

About the Role Huron is seeking a Digital Consulting Manager specializing in Oracle HCM Payroll to lead end-to-end cloud payroll implementations. You’ll guide client engagements, shape and deliver technology solutions that align with client goals, and mentor junior staff on the engagement team. This role blends analytical rigor with practical, entrepreneurial work and offers broad exposure across client projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations, including system familiarization, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing cycles, cutover activities, and post go-live support.
• Guide clients and project teams; manage relationships and ensure project success; mentor junior and offshore resources.
• Collaborate across projects; contribute on multiple engagements of varying scope and duration.
• Travel up to 50% to work with clients or internal teams; flexible living locations within the US.
• Train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical dimensions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• Experience as a functional application specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Payroll; Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead with proven implementation experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
• Ability to train and mentor staff; ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%; flexible living locations in the US.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $145,000 - $170,000 per year.
• Total estimated compensation range including annual incentive: $166,750 - $212,500.
• Eligible for Huron’s annual incentive compensation program.
• Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
