Job title: Digital Communication Specialist - Brand Marketing

About the Role Digital Communication Specialist is a key role that embodies Audemars Piguet's brand values and worldview, strengthening digital communications in the Japanese market to create an outstanding brand experience. You will proactively manage the official LINE account, plan and execute multi-channel media campaigns, and oversee the website content, while ensuring alignment with brand and marketing strategies. You will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the Swiss HQ, regional/global teams, and external agencies to deliver consistent brand communication and smooth project execution.

What You'll Do

  • LINE運用: Official LINE account operations and execution management; plan and manage LINE content calendar; produce copy, visuals, and campaign materials; direct production and progress; monitor LINE performance KPIs; generate reports and insights; propose concrete improvements.
  • メディアプランニングおよび運用: Execute and manage digital, OOH, and print media campaigns across multiple channels; collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners for smooth execution; analyze campaign performance and ROI; coordinate with media vendors, media publishers, and advertising agencies; create regular campaign reports.
  • オウンドコンテンツ管理: Plan, create, and operate official website content; ensure alignment with brand and marketing policies; coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and regional/global teams for content production and publication; analyze content performance and engagement; propose improvements to maximize reach.
  • エージェンシーおよびステークホルダー管理: Serve as primary contact for external agencies and partners; oversee daily communications and project progress; provide overall project management across LINE, media initiatives, and content production.
  • コラボレーション: Align with brand and marketing strategies, collaborate with HQ/regions and external partners to ensure consistent brand communication and efficient project delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in project management and vendor management.
  • Business-level Japanese and English.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience; luxury brand marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; ability to drive multi-channel campaigns and analyze data for optimization.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams, regional/global stakeholders, and external agencies.

  • Luxury brand marketing experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Working hours: Flexible 7:00–20:00 with standard 7.5 hours per day and 60-minute breaks.
  • Annual holidays: around 122 days per year (8–12 days per month, weekends/holidays, 12/30–1/3).
