About the Role Our Digital Buyer role supports clients in delivering best-in-class digital strategies and performance-driven media solutions. Under the guidance of the Digital Media Manager, you will manage paid social programs for major clients, including evergreen campaigns and recurring promotions, executing campaigns end-to-end from strategy to billing to reporting. What You'll Do
- Execute social and digital campaign strategies, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives.
- Make credible strategic recommendations, identify and resolve problems in a client-centric environment, and manage pacing/budgets.
- Contribute ideas for best practices and new feature adoption; help create and deliver campaign overview reports.
- Proactively seek opportunities to grow the client’s business and the account; maintain knowledge of client’s business, competition, and industry trends.
- Continually learn and enhance skills related to performance media methodologies and platforms.
- Support the media team in client digital media management, delivering data, budgets, and details as needed.
- Build relationships with clients and internal teams; manage expectations and ensure timely, quality work.
- Ensure digital campaigns are invoiced accurately and communicated regarding under/over delivery.
- Conduct research to gather insights from key platforms and stay up to date with trends, technology, and test features. What We're Looking For
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Media, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of digital media planning/buying experience (Social, Display, Programmatic; Search a bonus).
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with social platforms and media planning/buying tools.
- Strong to advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Aptitude for priority management and handling multiple deliverables/work streams.
- Ability to organize ideas and present information logically and sequentially.
- Understanding of how Paid Search/SEM interacts with Display, Paid Social, and other traffic types.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords), and Bing Ads; knowledge of Display, Mobile, Video, and Shopping advertising.
- Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager for trafficking and troubleshooting campaigns, and IAS for brand safety. Nice to Have
- Experience with Search is a bonus (not required). Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000-$55,000 per year. Actual salary based on experience and skills.
