A full-time Digital Business and Growth Specialist is being recruited by LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited, based in Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria. This role sits within the microinsurance sector and focuses on driving digital business growth and strategic partnerships for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee digital business initiatives and growth strategies to expand reach and impact in the microinsurance sector
- Develop and manage partnerships to enhance digital sales, distribution, and service delivery
- Coordinate technology management activities, including digital integrations and interacting with technology vendors
- Supervise IT personnel or coordinate infrastructure projects to ensure seamless digital operations
- Lead data-driven activities, including analysis to inform decision-making and track performance
- Coordinate projects across digital channels, partnerships, and IT-related initiatives
- Support cybersecurity and data protection efforts to safeguard digital assets and customer information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
- Master’s Degree is an advantage
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in digital business, partnerships, technology management, fintech, insurance, e-commerce, or financial services
- Experience supervising IT personnel or coordinating infrastructure, digital integrations, technology vendors, and related projects
- Strong knowledge of digital sales, partnership development, data analysis, project coordination, cybersecurity, and data protection
