About the Role Deloitte’s Digital Assets practice combines risk management, advanced regulatory knowledge, and emerging technology to help organizations address today’s challenges and prepare for what’s next. The Digital Assets Regulatory Management Manager will work at the intersection of finance, technology, and regulation to help clients navigate complex regulatory environments and mitigate risk in the rapidly evolving world of digital assets.

What You'll Do

  • Lead digital assets regulatory management, regulatory/licensing strategy, and risk assessment for client engagements
  • Advise clients on regulatory requirements across jurisdictions and translate multifaceted risk into actionable strategies
  • Collaborate with Deloitte’s Regulatory, Risk & Forensic teams to address evolving regulatory challenges and support growth and transformation efforts
  • Help clients navigate policy developments and implement controls, governance, and monitoring aligned with regulatory expectations

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in risk, regulatory, licensing roles related to digital assets or financial services
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments affecting digital assets and ability to translate complexity into strategy
  • Excellent communication and client service skills; ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing settings
  • Bachelor's degree; relevant professional experience and problem-solving capabilities
