About the Role Accenture's Banking & Capital Markets Digital Assets practice seeks a Digital Assets Manager within Management Consulting (Senior Level) to help design and deliver transformation programs that integrate strategy, technology, and operations to create enterprise value for clients. The role focuses on developing offerings and delivering consulting projects in digital assets for Banking & Capital Markets, including strategy, operating model changes, and technology implementations. What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage digital assets transformation programs across strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations for regulated financial institutions.
  • Demonstrate business and technology expertise with digital assets such as stablecoins, tokenized deposits, tokenized securities, and cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ether, Solana).
  • Support development of our digital assets offerings and the delivery of consulting projects; support business development to originate new client opportunities.
  • Select, define, implement or operate digital asset custody solutions or custody models (qualified custody, sub-custody).
  • Assess digital asset use cases within regulated financial institutions and map them to tangible business value.
  • Select, implement or operate digital-asset financial-crime ecosystem solutions (transaction monitoring, onboarding, investigations).
  • Evaluate differences and tradeoffs among blockchains for regulated financial services use cases.
  • Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Travel up to 80% as required.
  • Support development of next-generation digital assets technology offerings. What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development.
  • Minimum of 5 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements or workstreams within or across banking (incl. payments) and capital markets.
  • Designed or assessed operating model (roles, responsibilities), governance, or risk & control frameworks (policies, procedures, monitoring) within regulated financial services institutions.
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Professional Skills: ability to operate in a collaborative environment; strong teamwork, self-initiative, and continuous learning; ability to structure problem statements and analysis; ability to communicate with senior executives with polished, clear recommendations; structured problem solving; ability to manage engagements across quality and financial dimensions; high energy and adaptability in demanding client environments. Nice to Have
  • Extensive transformation strategy or operating model design experience in digital assets within banking and capital markets.
  • Built next-generation analytic capabilities (AI, GenAI, data models) for digital assets in banking and capital markets.
  • Selecting, implementing or operating digital-asset financial-crime ecosystem solutions (transaction monitoring, onboarding, investigations).
  • Successful track record of leading complex management &/or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with senior client executives.
  • Advanced degree or financial industry certification.
