Digital Assets Consultant

About the Role Digital Assets Consultant within Accenture's Management Consulting practice delivering tech-enabled transformation programs in Banking & Capital Markets. Focus on developing offerings and delivering consulting engagements that combine strategy, technology, and operations to create enterprise value. What You'll Do

• Support development of digital assets offerings and delivery of consulting projects for banking and capital markets clients.
• Design or assess operating models, governance structures, and risk & control frameworks within regulated financial services environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client leadership to deliver transformation programs and drive value.
• Contribute to business development and maintain senior client relationships; travel up to 80% as required. What We're Looking For
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional services experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development.
• At least 2 years of digital assets experience with financial services client engagements or workstreams within banking (incl. payments) and capital markets.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bonus points for transformation strategy or operating model design in digital assets within banking & capital markets; AI/GenAI, data models, and digital-asset fraud/risk solutions experience; demonstrated senior client relationship development; end-to-end delivery experience. Nice to Have
• Transformation strategy or operating model design experience in digital assets within banking and capital markets.
• Built next-generation analytic capabilities (AI, GenAI, data models) for digital assets in banking and capital markets.
• Experience selecting, implementing, or operating digital-asset financial-crime ecosystem solutions (transaction monitoring, onboarding, investigations).
