What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment
- Perform repairs on engines and transmissions
- Repair braking systems (air and hydraulic), suspension, steering, and drivetrain components
- Service hydraulic and electrical systems, HVAC systems
- Complete preventative maintenance and inspections
- Conduct welding and light fabrication as needed
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and safety programs
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience working on heavy-duty trucks or similar equipment
- Ability to perform repairs with minimal supervision in key systems
- Valid driver's license required
- Own tools required
- Preferred: ASE certifications (T1-T8), CDL (Class B or higher), experience with alternative fuel systems (CNG/LNG)
Nice to Have
- ASE certifications (T1-T8) and CDL are preferred but not required
- Experience with alternative fuel systems (CNG/LNG)
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $28-$38/hour
- $2,500 sign-on bonus (paid over your first year)
