Role: Diesel Mechanic
Pay Rate
- $23–$25 per hour
📋 Job Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair work on commercial diesel trucks
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete required repairs
- Work specifically with Freightliner and International trucks
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Follow established maintenance and workplace-safety procedures
- Properly use tools and required personal protective equipment
📋 Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience
- Informal or hands-on mechanical experience may be considered and evaluated during the interview
- Experience working with Freightliner trucks required
- Experience working with International trucks required
- Spanish-speaking candidates are accepted; English is not required for this position
- Ability to diagnose and repair commercial diesel vehicles
- Ability to perform physically demanding mechanical work
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Long hair must be secured while working around equipment

- Long sleeves or a mechanic jumpsuit are commonly recommended for the work environment
