About the Role The Diehl Defence Konfigurations- und Änderungsmanager (m/w/d) will oversee configuration management and change control for defence systems, ensuring traceability, baselines and compliance across the product lifecycle. Based in Röthenbach a.d. Pegnitz, Germany, you will collaborate with engineering, production and program management to manage changes and maintain documentation. What You'll Do
- Establish and maintain configuration baselines, status accounting, and change control processes for defence products.
- Manage change requests, impact analyses, and release planning across engineering, manufacturing and service.
- Ensure documentation and traceability in accordance with internal policies and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and verify results. What We're Looking For
- Experience in configuration management, systems engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of change management processes and associated documentation.
- Ability to work in a defense/regulated environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Good communication skills in German; English proficiency is a plus.
