About the Role Kwaan Tech is seeking a DIE Program Planner to provide planning services for DTE partners, including research and examination required to support program evaluation and operations. The role involves researching and documenting operational and program evaluation or business management requirements.
What You'll Do
- Provide input to budget formulation and resource allocation decisions for cyberspace planning initiatives, including manpower and technology requirements.
- Draft and recommend policies, standard operating procedures, and best practices for planning activities across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with DoD and IC guidance.
- Serve as primary planning lead for time-sensitive or crisis response planning efforts requiring rapid coordination across multiple partners and external stakeholders.
