About the Role The Die Cutting & Finishing Lead Person provides support for all issues related to die cutting and finishing area production. This role directs day-to-day department activities to maximize safety, efficiency and quality, and collaborates with other leaders to meet customer requirements. Shift: 2pm-10pm, Monday through Friday. What You'll Do
- Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor work areas to ensure all employees are working safely; provide daily coaching and feedback to department staff.
- Increase overall productivity to meet customer requirements and help drive continuous improvement.
- Work with peers and other leaders on manufacturing and quality decisions; assign work and monitor production orders.
