What will you do?
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across assigned categories of goods and services.
- Lead market analysis, supplier selection, competitive bidding, and contract negotiations.
- Establish supplier performance metrics and drive supplier management programs.
- Ensure compliance with Global Procurement Policy and company governance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement, productivity, cash flow, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost drivers to identify business opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business priorities.
- Provide procurement expertise, sourcing solutions, and market insights to stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement, digitalization, and automation opportunities.
- Promote ethical business conduct and procurement best practices across the organization.
Minimum Education & Requirements
Experience
- 10–15 years of procurement and sourcing experience with expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management, RFX/RFQ/RFP processes, contract negotiations, project management, procurement governance, financial and business acumen, and stakeholder management across multiple categories of goods and services.
Education
- Bachelor Degree or higher.
