Job title: DfSR Practitioner

About the Role As a DfSR Practitioner within Schneider Electric's SP Business Unit, you will lead project and offer quality management for 3-phase and battery product lines, ensuring Voice of Customer is captured, risks are managed, and quality is built into the Offer from concept to closure.

What You'll Do

  • Establish the Project Quality Plan and Quality Target, validate and lead execution to ensure Offer Quality built-in and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze Voice of Customer to derive robust, ranked requirements for the project team and ensure requirements are addressed from Open to Closure.
  • Apply Offer Creation Processes and ensure risk identification, assessment, and mitigation are managed and updated; synthesize lessons learned.
  • Lead 8D problem solving and drive continuous improvement with engineering changes; work with front Office/Marketing/Sales/Product Owner to support customer satisfaction.
  • Define and deploy RMA/TEX processes and monitor implementation; ensure supplier quality contracts and final supplier agreement.
  • Build product line quality vision and strategy; participate in offer strategic discussions; lead end-to-end quality management.
  • Support squad quality capability activities and manage Manufacture Quality Management via coaching, regular quality report review, and on-site audits.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 8+ years of power industry RD/QA experience.
  • Basic understanding of power-related product electronic circuits/components (preferred).
  • Results-oriented, precise, organized, capable of handling complex issues; strong problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Risk detection and assessment, supplier quality management, and customer quality analytics.
  • Quality authority with advanced English; strong leadership and teamwork; mastery of quality methodologies such as FMEA, 8D, FTA.

Nice to Have

  • Basic understanding of power-related electronics is preferred.
