About the Role
The DevSecOps Engineer will transform software architectures from monolithic to containerized microservices while implementing DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines and performing secure solution development. They will drive the client's DevSecOps implementation, integrating security throughout the software development lifecycle while automating security testing and deployment processes for mission-critical contracting systems using Government-approved tools and containerization technologies. This position is designated as work-from-home.
What You'll Do
- Transform software architectures from monolithic to containerized microservices and implement DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive the client's DevSecOps implementation, integrating security across the SDLC.
- Automate security testing and deployment processes for mission-critical contracting systems using Government-approved tools and containerization technologies.
What We're Looking For
- Seven (7)+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience defining Scrum Agile methodologies for large-scale clients.
- Experience leading DevOps methodologies, implementing Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies and driving automated software development lifecycle toolchain.
- Experience with deployments in both on-premise and cloud environments.
- Experience as the engineer of complex technology implementations in a product-centric environment.
- Experience with DevOps services using infrastructure as a service providers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Compute Engine, RackSpace/OpenStack).
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., TFS, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Salt, LVM).
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., LXC, Docker, Rocket, OpenShift).
- Relevant CSP Certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, Azure SA, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
- Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3).
- Must be a US Citizen.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $83,000 – $104,000 USD per year.
