DevOps & Platform Engineer
The role is responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving secure, scalable cloud platforms and delivery pipelines to support reliable cloud-native application delivery.
Design, automate, and operate secure cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and scalable application delivery Design, deploy, and manage Amazon EKS clusters, including networking, scaling, security hardening, and high-availability configurations Architect and implement AWS serverless solutions using managed services such as Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, and Step Functions Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to support repeatable, governed, multi-environment deployments Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices using GitHub Actions and related tooling to increase deployment consistency and auditability Implement and maintain observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and service-level indicators across platforms Troubleshoot complex production issues, lead incident response and root cause analysis, and drive preventive remediation Partner with engineering teams on security, reliability, documentation, and operational readiness, including on-call and disaster recovery planning

The DevOps & Platform Engineering team builds and operates shared cloud platforms that enable product and engineering teams to deliver software safely, quickly, and reliably. The team focuses on standardizing cloud infrastructure, strengthening security and reliability, and continuously improving delivery automation across environments and product lines.
